Bulk Pregnancy Tests - I know, it's a little too much information, but at this site (and many others, but this is the one I use) you can get 20 pregnancy tests for the price of 1 in the store. Purchase more than $14.95 worth and get free shipping. I usually buy just enough to get the free shipping, then I have a ready supply and never have to feel guilty if I just can't wait to find out and waste a test or two. These simple stick tests have accurately and reliably informed of us of the presence of both of our last two children within 1 month of their existance.
Protective Bed Pads - Again, too much information, but if you have a bed wetter, try these. These disposable square pads cover the "target" area of the bed and keep the mattress dry without you having to use a whole mattress cover. The downside is that you do have to buy them in bulk. But they are waterproof on one side which makes them handy for protecting your car'supholstery during travel and other activities. Now, these do sometimes slide out of place, though I suppose some double-sided tape could solve that problem. I ususally place 3 of them slightly overlapping in order to ensure full coverage. Having these pads around significantly reduced the middle of the night stress level around here.
