First Thoughts

Someone added my mailing address to a Democratic e-mail service so I am receiving notices now urging me to contact my congressman for this or that Democratic party agenda. Well, as they say, "know thine enemy". This week, the Democrats would like me to contact my congressman and let them know that I support the murder of children in the furtherance of science. As you've probably gathered, that's not going to happen. Apply any fancy language you want, convince yourself that the child would die anyway due to its abandonment by its parents- the result is the same. God does not create a life so that we can borrow the body parts as needed. I understand this is a controversial topic and I understand that we often feel a pull to do what's best for those we love. But I urge each of you who are not certain as to what you believe with regard to the unborn to pray for God to guide you as your read the scriptures to find your answer. Those of you who are politically active may wish to contact YOUR congressman this week an let them know that you don't agree with the Democrat's plan. Those of you who are Democrats, please take back your party. Bring it back to defending the defenseless, not salvaging them for parts. By the way, I am aware that this is not solely a Democrat's agenda. I personally feel that the Republicans suffered their recent losses because they too have turned their back on the children. But the Democratic party is the one from whom I received the e-mail, so they are getting my attention today. Remember, God loves each of us. Not just my children, not just yours, but every single child of His creation.
