A Plus Math
This site has free worksheet generators, homework help and online games to increase your child’s understanding of math. The site features very interesting live action flashcards. Give it a look.

Brain Teasers
See a new question every week for various grade levels, plus visit the archives to view previous questions.

Cool Math
Whew, is this site bright! Lots of vivid colors here make it hard for this old mom’s eyes to focus. But there are lots of fun games that teach difficult concepts as well. This site is targeted toward older kids who are learning multiplication and beyond.

Homeschool Math
At this site you'll find lessons and articles, reviews, online math resources and an e-newsletter to which you can subscribe. This site also sells products for helping you teach math at home, but there are plenty of free resources too. You can even create free math worksheets!

Math Fact Café-The Fact Sheet Factory

At this website you can access pre-made math fact sheets, or design your own.  The site also offers online flashcards and allows you to create worksheets for learning to tell time.

Math Facts
A very useful free online program designed to allow you to customize the math facts that you wish to drill. The site also offers a list of links to other helpful math websites.

Math Forum

View the electronic newsletter, ask Dr. Math a question, use the Math Tools,  or search the Internet Mathematics Library from this site.

National Library of Virtual Manipulatives
Access a wide variety on online, interactive manipulatives for all grade and skill levels at this website.

Numbernut.com

I like this site because it offers math helps from the earliest counting activities to more advanced mathematics including fractions, ratios and percentages.  The site does however have lots of Google ads integrated into the main page.  This and the other “Radar’s” sites (such as Chem4Kids) are a good source for parents needing a basic introduction to concepts that they will soon be teaching.

Rainforest Maths

Hosted by Jenny Eather, this colorful site offers fun interactive math activities for students in grades K through 6th with a rainforest theme.  There are hundreds of activities total including counting, algebra, data analysis, money and geometry.

Tennessee Sports Math Program
This site offers free lesson suggestions to incorporate math skills into the enjoyment of sports. Use a lesson plan or contribute one of your own here.

Totally Free Math

This site is sponsored by Bernard J. Klein Publishing and allows downloads of the textbook “Elementary Algebra With Applications” free of charge.  The textbook can be viewed online or downloaded and the student solutions manual and instructor’s resource manual are also available free.  Because of the size of this book, you will have to download each chapter and subchapter separately.  Chapter tests and quizzes are also available for download.
